South Eastern Alaska Health Consortium (SEARHC)

Working with PRA Associates, we developed a Resource Development Audit and Feasibility of the development of a tax-exempt foundation for this innovative native-developed health care system based in Juneau, Alaska.

Utilizing their hospital's needs as the impetus for the case for funding, we developed direct mail, vendor solicitation, public relations and marketing, foundation solicitation programs to greatly expand their fundraising potential.
